Cpt.Hall Well, after just watching "The Yes Man" yesterday afternoon I was tempted to say, "Sure, why not?". But after further investigation I discovered that the sender was from Ireland. Ireland? I didn't know we had troops in Ireland. So, I figure he must be drunk, lost or both and I hate drunks, I mean, they're always getting lost. Create images of things that a drunken U.S. soldier, lost in Ireland would want to send me.

I recently read that Athens-Clarke police are trying to track down thieves who stole nearly 400,000 toothpicks from a local toothpick manufacturer.
Six cases of toothpicks went missing from Armond’s Manufacturing Company Inc., 95 Trade St., about two weeks ago, and another seven cases disappeared last weekend. Each case contained 288 packages of 100 toothpicks, which brings the total number of toothpicks to 374,400. That's a lot of toothpicks, what would you do with that many toothpicks. Create images using toothpicks, you can use one toothpick or 400,000.

While channel surfing today, I came across a movie called Hot Tub Time Machine. It was your typical time travel movie only dumber but it did appeal to me on a couple levels, I would really enjoy a relaxing soak in a hot tub about now and if I could go back in time to when I could afford to buy a hot tub that would be even better. For today's contest, use a hot tub in an image from a time in the distant past and since this is traditionally the day we have the Tinseltown Tuesday contest, if you could include the face of a famous Hollywood celebrity that would be most excellent.

I originally planned on using this contest for Wood Pile Wednesday or maybe Fireplace Friday but for lack of any better or for that matter any other idea at all, here we are. You may have heard that about a month ago we had a destructive snowstorm move through the northeast. It took down a lot of trees and knocked out power for several days and in some cases over a week. Well, when I was finally able to get off my street and get to a store the first two things I bought were a chainsaw and a splitting maul. Damn!!! My arms are sore, my hands hurt and I have a pile of firewood and no fireplace to burn it in, so please, help me out here. Create images of creative uses for wood or creative fireplaces for the burning of wood.
