Home Page Image Rotator

I've just added a new image rotator on the home page. The previous one was OK, but only allowed us to see 5 random ones. With this new one, I can set it to whatever, in this case, I went with 20 and the container shows 5 with left/right navigation buttons and a link to see the individual image. Many of the little images may appear skewed. Let me know what ya think of it?

Looks good, Mash!  The images do appear a little squished but I guess it's unavoidable without cropping them all into a one-size-fits-all square. Still like it, though!

Thanks! I was thinking about how the little images could look better. It's definitely on my to do list.

If you can fix the squeezed image look it will be very cool. I also like the new and improved Youtube and facebook images on the home page.

Haven't yet figured out the smashed images....but I did fix it up so that we get rounded corners no matter what browser we are using. That's something to celebrate all you IE users!
 
And for the record, no images are used to create the container for the images (navigation controls don't counter either). All CSS. I'm a geek.

To see the image rotator (FF 3.6.10) with default Black Box, I need to change from homepage and then come back, first off on the login page the images aren't merely squashed, I just see the top 10% of images, no bigger than the separator bar.  Refreshing doesn't fix it.
Afterwards it looks ok. With  IE no pb.

Man, right you are. Given the squished images and all, I may just go find another rotator.

OK, found a different rotator which works mostly well. When hovering over one of them, you'll see the title and author appear at the top and you can click the image to see the bigger one. You'll also see 2 little arrows which cannot be clicked at the moment (they merely change the direction of the movement of the images). I'm hoping I can make that bar always visible and have the title turn on and off as it does now. Might take a kegger to do it. Let me know if you see any other issues with it.

This rotator works fine, images in proportion, much bigger, mouseover etc looks ok

Cool, thanks! What I was thinking about doing about that top bar...eliminate the arrows. All they do is allow the images to scroll ltr or rtl. Not a critical function in my opinion.

OK, rather than removing the arrows and their supposed functionality, I decided to let branding take effect instead. Hope you like it.
