JerryLambert is here. Just finding the forums. I wondered what that "forum" button up there meant so I clicked it and here I am. The site looks great, I love all the bells and whistles. Been enjoying the last bit of Sunshine we will have for awhile. I do have a question or two, probably could find the answer if I looked, but JerryLambert is too lazy for such a thing. One, why is JerryLambert speaking in the third person and B, what is a Pork Barrel? Never mind about that first question, JerryLambert just found out that JerryLambert thinks that speaking in the third person makes JerryLambert seem more important, but it only seems that way to JerryLambert. Anyway, I'll be participating fo sho.  |

Hey JerryLambert or JB for short! Pork Barrels is some kind of calculation, something like this: (($firstplace*50) + ($secondplace*30) + ($thirdplace*20) + ($featuredstuff*42) + $totalimages); If you can decipher that, it essentially is just a counter of sorts. You can see your total on your profile page (which is accessible by clicking on your name link thing). There's probably a lot more stuff to discover here, but most of the activity happens on the Contests and Forums tabs (as well as the Home page). Fun stuff for the most part. Any other questions, this is a great place to ask 'em!  |
