A source is pixelated and does not match other sources in the chop
Here is a useful tip for everybody if you get this happening with your chop.
Smudge @ 5%
Select pixelated area only and add 8% film grain.
Save.
In photoshop, click control-J and open a new layer. Select overlay.
Go up and under "Filters" go down and select "other". Option Pop up will extend and select "high pass".
Pull the intensity tab out until you see a slight halo form around the image in the preview window and dial it back a few percent.
Save
That will salvage some pretty pixelated images that would otherwise be unusable.
