I messed with it some. That's a tough one for a hack like me. Here's what I did.
1. I cut the pic up in 4 sections. Left side, bridge, right side & top.

2. I skewed them to match what the reflection would look like.

3. I painted the bottom of the bridge because it would show in a reflection.

4. I applied a ripple effect to each layer.

5. I darkened the layers.

Here's what I came up with. It was just a quick job but I think with a little time & a lot more effort, this would look natural.

Thanks a heep!! By cutting it up into parts makes things alot simpler!! I was tring coping and flipping the whole image and was getting fustrated. And the ripple effect is that with ripple in "filters" or done by hand?

Excellent reflect Keb!

One more thing is needed Coop.....the sky. If that much reflection is showing, you wouldn't be able to see the bottom that clearly.

Just my 2¢

I agree Janna. The buildings on the side should fade away more at the tops (bottom) of them too and the water should be darker too (IMHO).
here is a good example of that: Venice, Italy

That's so purty. I don't know if I'd be able to get used to the idea that you walk out your door into water. Boggles the mind.
